Ordering is simple - You can order and pay for your gift online right now!
we will process your order upon receipt of cleared funds.
We endeavour to post all items within 12 hours of your order, unless you specify a specific date for posting direct to the recipient

All gifts are posted by 1st class recorded delivery. We can arrange special guaranteed next day delivery (mon-sat) via Royal Mail for an additional charge. You will be given this option on checkout. You are advised to telephone us if you have a very urgent order.

All products are VAT chargeable at 17.5%. VAT inclusive and exclusive prices are clearly indicated throughout the site. A VAT receipt will be emailed to you automatically shortly after placing your order.

You can pay by any of the following methods:

You can choose which method of payment you would like to use on checkout. Please see below for further information on each payment method.

Credit / Debit Card
Online credit/debit card and bank transfers are made on a secure server through Barclays Merchant Services.
At checkout you will be automatically redirected to a Barclays secure servers to input your card details and your payment will be processed. We have no access to any of your personal information. When your payment is complete, you will be automatically redirected back to this site and your order verified. SImple !

Paypal
One of the Worlds largest online electronic money transfer companies. It allows you to have money transferred from an existing paypal credit you may have (if you have an account), or from your band account or from a debit / credit card.
Note: You don't need to even register with Paypal now. Just enter your payment details for a one-off payment when prompted. Again, all payments are 100% secure and all payments are trackable. Most Paypal payments are instant.

Note: One of the Paypal options is ECheque. This is where a non Paypal member has money transferred from a bank account to Paypal, which is then passed onto the seller. Echeques can take up to 10 days to clear. We will not process your order until funds have been received and cleared.

Cheque
We can accept payment by cheque. Select this option on checkout. We will not process your order until cheque has been received and funds have cleared. Please make cheques payable to "April Media Productions" and wraith the name of the gift recipient and date of order on the back of the cheque.

Cash (by hand)
If you are local, why not arrange to visit the studio in advance and make your payment by cash. we can give you the vouchers there and then. (by appointment only please)

You can order the items online and select the pay by cash option, or you can choose your items when visiting to paying by cash.

DO NOT send cash through the post. You do so at your own risk.

Ordering Problems
If you experience any problems ordering online, We can accept credit/debit card payment by phone. Call us on 01752 562670 and we will take all your details, voucher requirements and payment there and then.

Due to the nature of our work, we may occasionally be unable to take your call. Please leave a message and we'll call you back or try later. We are open until 10pm most days.
