Please take a few moments to become familiar with our terms and conditions. if you have any further questions or would like clarification on any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• All Gift Experiences are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Booking of a session must have been made within this time else the voucher will become null and void.

• In the event of the expiry of a gift voucher, we may, at our discretion honour the voucher with a surcharge payable for studio time at a reduced rate.

• Gift Experiences are valid for use at April Media Productions recording studios in Plymouth, Devon.

• Gift experiences cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative. No cash refund will be made for any unused time.

• If a gift experience is purchased 'erroneously', we are happy to offer a refund upon return of the gift voucher (at your expense) within 10 days of purchase minus a fee of £20.00 to cover our administration and postage fees incurred. We will not make refunds after this period, but you are able to transfer the voucher to another participant. (see below).

• Vouchers can be transferred to another person for a small administrative fee of £10.00 +VAT.
To transfer a voucher, please contact us quoting the voucher reference number with full details of the person to whom the voucher has been transferred. We will contact the original purchaser to ensure that the transfer request is valid.

• Any unused time may be carried forward to another studio session at the discretion of the studio management where more than 1 hour remains unused for any reason.

• If additional time is required we can upgrade your voucher. To do this, simply contact us quoting the reference on the voucher and we can take payment for the difference in value of the vouchers.
Additional time required in excess of 4 hours can be purchased at a preferential studio rate. Vouchers cannot be downgraded for a cash refund.

• Transferring or upgrading a voucher does not extend its validity. It will remain valid for 12 Months from the original date of purchase.

• Minimum age restriction of 12 years (without prior arrangement).

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Additional participants in singer experiences (up to 15 max) can be added for a supplement. More Information.

• If participants or spectators behavior causes concern in any way whilst they are on April Media Productions premises we reserve the right to ask them to leave immediately. The session will be terminated and the voucher invalidated with no refund given.

• Excessive alcohol intake and/or the use of drugs on the premises of April Media Productions may briefly make the participants feel a little better (!), but we can assure that it will do nothing to enhance the participants performance, or the final recording. We don not permit the use of drugs or on the pureness, and alcohol within moderation.

• Maximum number of guests / spectators is four. All guests must arrive at the same time at the person(s) undertaking the experience else admission may not be possible if the session is underway.

• You will receive a unique presentation voucher pack containing a voucher (valid for 12 months from date of purchase) with full details of the experience and how to book the exclusive session. Further details can be found on this website.

• The gift voucher pack will be sent via 1st class post, or you can request our 48 hour guaranteed delivery service for an additional charge which you can specify on checkout. Please allow 3-5 working days for 1st class delivery and 2 working days for the 48 Hour service. April Media Productions is not responsible for delays or non delivery of items posted in good time due to delays in the postal service where beyond our control. Most items are posted witching 24 hours of your order and you should contact us within 3 days if you haven't received the gift pack and we will happily investigate.

• If you are unable to attend a booked session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will happily re-schedule the experience for no additional charge provided 48 hours notice is given. At the discretion of the management no refund or rescheduling of an experience will be offered should less than 48 hours notice be given, or if If a recipient fails to attend their booked session. In these circumstances the voucher will be invalidated.

• April Media Productions reserves the right to cancel and re-arrange sessions at any time for any reason. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to do so, we will contact the recipient by telephone and/or email as soon as possible and make arrangements to reschedule. April Media Productions is not liable for any losses incurred by the recipient or attendees as a result of rescheduling.

• CD recordings given to recipients after their session are for personal use only and must not duplicated or distributed. If you wish to copy and/or sell or distribute your recording for any purpose, you must seek permission and most probably pay royalties to the respective composers / publishers via the MCPS/PRS Alliance. We can advise you of the correct procedures to follow upon request.
